ldap.uiuc.edu -- a new LDAP service CITES is now providing a new production ldap service which is available at ldap.uiuc.edu. This initial deployment has a primary focus of providing whitepages support, but does also provide all the institutional data on individuals that is available through PH. Mike Grady will briefly disucuss this new service and the schema currently in place, but then focus on how we see this service as a starting point of discussion for better meeting the directory service needs of the units and campus we serve. |
