April 24, 2002 1:55 PM "edirectory: finally a directory service for everyone" eDirectory 8.7 brings a lot of new features to the table, including easier network management and integration with many different directory services. David Ruby will talk about the history of NDS and eDirectory on the UIUC campus, go over some of the features of this latest version of eDirectory, and how it can be leveraged by departments on this campus, regardless of platform, OS, or even directory preference, to making managing IT services more efficient. |
