CommTech Services Update Wednesday, April 24, 2002 10:20 AM Illini Union - Illini Room A Communications Technologies Group Staff CommTech Services Update (Firewalls, Network Design, VPN, Wireless) Staff from the Communications Technologies Group will discuss key services they are developing for the campus. Tammy McMasters will provide and update of Network Design Office issues. Tammy Goetze and Richard Wood will present their results from the first UIUCnet Wireless installations and explain what is left to complete in this beta test phase. Mary Stevens will provide a status of the Campus Firewall and the near-future offering of a UIUCnet VPN service.
