Internal CCSO/CITES Strategic Plan Wednesday, April 24, 2002 12:55 PM Illini Union - Illini Room A Stan Yagi The former CCSO organization created an Internal Strategic Plan to guide discussions and decisions related to information technology needs. It defined the vision, mission, and strategies to meet the needs of facult, staff, and students for a high-quality and comprehensive information technology environment. This presentation will outline the processes used, share the outcomes, and discuss how this plan relates to the new CITES organization.
